Research Support
We know a key part of successful research is showcasing the collaborative efforts of a research team within the wider field. Informally the network is a great space for consultation to build up our research and we want to be able for our members to have formal recognition of their involvement in the network.
Capacity of Support
It has been identified that the informal consultation that occurs within the network is an invaluable tool in the development of research projects. We therefore can provide a letter support that formally documents that this process has taken place. It is expected that members who are asking for the support of the network have shown involvement in the network through attendance of our monthly meetings or annual hui. As part of the support process it is expected that the member will present on their project to the network.
Consultation Process
A network member interested in receiving a letter of support must approach the steering committee directly or via the form below.
The network member requesting consultation must provide details of their research project and present this to the wider network.
A letter of support describing the consultation process will be supplied by the steering committee.
The network member commits to reporting back to the steering committee on the results of the consultation.
